A single person service organization using relevant skills and approaches to find the solutions you need. Served as Deputy Regional Administrator of a regional office of USEPA for 8 years as well as director of the federal hazardous waste site remediation program (Superfund) for 17
years.  

As a recognized leader in USEPA's Superfund program for two decades, I have developed a deep and detailed knowledge of hazardous waste site remediation policy, principles and technical details.  I am capable of anaylizing problems and quickly developing potential solutions to advance client needs.  Having served for such a long time in the program at USEPA, I am able to also understand agency needs and come to win-win solutions for all parties.

Since retiring from USEPA, I have provided a number of clients with successful outcomes to problems with USEPA regarding Superfund sites, as well as a number of expert opinions and reports in support of litigation.

This knowledge and experience has been utilized domestically and internationally to assist and consult with domestic agencies and foreign governments.
